Fountain Mall

A closeup of the Fountain Mall. 

A have been shopping again. This time the Fountain Mall. A found the building interesting. It will be our first L shaped building with a passage. 

 This building contains a small open convenience shop with fruit and cakes, behind this store there is a small office with a staircase to the floors above. A niche shop with hats/helmets/headgear.  The people from Beech Grove will love it.

The square in front of the shops has a beautiful fountain.  There is a bench with a small table, where the people of Beech Grove can enjoy the delicacies from the convenience shop. 

The first floor contains an apartment with a kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and balcony. The second floor seems to be a part of the apartment downstairs. It doesn't contain a kitchen. Maybe it's meant to be a teen section. 

This set also includes an unconventional Milk van. It has the regular milk bottles in the back and what looks like four small freezers with milk/cream-based ice cream.

8 Minifigures and a baby figure. A skateboard, baby stroller and a milk cart.

Found out that this set is a simplified copy of The Fountain Square designed by the tallented Bricky_Brick / Pablo Sánchez. If/When Pablo desides to sell the instructions for his version of this beautiful model. We'll purchace it in a heartbeat. We do what we can to support the MOC creators.
