A closeup of the newsstand.. 

We got the Newsstand with the 10278 Police Station. I wanted to integrate it into Beech Grove.

This model is heavily inspired by Milo Dudas Cup o' Java Build on a 32 x 32 baseplate. I've used regular black bricks under the round tiles in the middle to make the cobblestone effect pop, The height difference is a great way to make a space divider, it makes the small oasis a great break spot from the busy sidewalk.
